Obama wins with 304
Mitt wins the popular vote (low turnout in strong Dem states like NY, NJ, Ct)
All NJ house races stay as is as does out lone senate race. Control of the house and senate is unchanged.
We have 2 public questions, both fail because of low turnout and a distrust at bonding more money.
I said you need to strive to better than everyone else. I didn't say you needed to be better than everyone else. But you gotta try. That's what character is. It's in the try.
Well....let's give it a shot...
1 & 2. Obama takes the popular vote 51-48(1% for other candidates), and takes the Electoral College 308-230.
3. Local House races(and I'll encompass all of WNY for this): Higgins goes back, as does Slaughter and Hochul(though those two races will be close ones, Collins-Hochul specifically). Reed(in the Southern Tier)gets re-elected too.
4. Kirsten gets another 6 years in the Senate.
5. The only amendment I'm aware of(where I live)is a proposal to bring my town's total number of councilmembers back to 4 from the current 3. Won't pass, IMO.

Ain't no way Romney wins, unless they can pull off another 2000 style coup of the govt. And imho that's not beyond the real of plausibility.
Romney needs Va and Pa to pull it off imo and Im not sure he has enough time to pull off PA.

Tom Price will retain his House Seat unfortunately
We have two local amendments the Charter School bill will be defeated and the new state law on leasing will pass

as a sidenote: all the republicans needed to run to beat Obama was a ham sandwich. I always felt that Mitt was a worse option then a Ham Sandwich... Tuesday will prove me right.

Here in Colorado: Amendment 64, the Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol Act will pass with 52.5% voting yes.

Kind of like the Bills game yesterday. I wanted Buffalo to win, but I didn't think they had a great chance.
