I wish I would've seen that. I heard about it when I turned the channel to Faux News after I got home from work but his hissy fit was already over by then.
Poor Karl Rove. All of that money he took from the Koch's and Aldeson and they still lost the White House and failed to gain control of the Senate for the second time.
Whatchu talking about Willis?
Last night Faux News said that Obama ran the most negative campaign of all time and that's why he won. You have to be kidding me. These guys are something else. I guess they forgot about all of their campaign ads this year and in 2008.
Obama is the first presidential candidate since Dwight Eisenhower to top 51% twice. :)
Look, I like Obama, I voted for him, but on what freaking planet is 51% considered any sort of mandate? That still leaves 49% of the population AGAINST you. When basically half the people are against you, stating that there is some mandate for you to be in office is just silly, a miniscule majority is no mandate.
Except that:
Obama's 3 Million Vote, Electoral College Landslide, Majority of States Mandate
.Add it all up and Obama has a mandate from this year’s presidential election that is significantly greater than those afforded John Kennedy in 1960, Richard Nixon in 1968, Jimmy Carter in 1976 or George W. Bush in 2000 or 2004.
.
.
1. Barack Obama has won an overwhelming majority in the Electoral College, a daunting majority of the popular vote and a majority of the nation’s states—including most of the country’s largest states and states in every major region of the republic: New England, the mid-Atlantic, the Great Lakes, the South, the Southwest, the Mountain West and the West.
2. Barack Obama has won more popular votes than any Democratic candidate for president in history—except Barack Obama in 2008.
3. Barack Obama is the first Democratic president to win more than 50 percent of the popular vote in a re-election run since Franklin Delano Roosevelt in 1944.
4. Barack Obama is the only Democratic candidate for president since FDR to twice win more than 50 percent of the national vote.
5. Barack Obama has, in both of his presidential runs, won a higher percentage of the national vote than any Democratic nominee since Lyndon Johnson in his 1964 landslide victory.

Regardless of the spread of the popular vote, if you win you get the mandate.
Of course, that doesn't mean everybody has to roll over and bow to your every whim and wish.
Long you live and high you fly And smiles you'll give and tears you'll cry And all you touch and all you see Is all your life will ever be.
