he honestly believes that a president would attempt to override a constitutional amendment with an executive order, and the judicial branch and the people would just let him do it?

Yeah he is one of them crazy right wing haters even though him and his wife have been living off the government dole basically their entire life. She has never worked and the 5 years or so he worked he still qualified for EITC, food stamps, etc, because he was a lower income worker with kids. These are the perfect types of Republicans that bitch about social programs when they are some of the biggest culprits. Just like the ones in the South who have the lowest standard of living and qualify for just about every government program.

At the time the Democrats controlled the House and a super majority in the Senate and along with the other reasons stated above he truly believed that Obama was gong to be here for at least 20 years so there wasn't anything anybody could do about it. Either Obama would make an executive order or the huge majorities in both chambers were going to vote and overturn amendment. He is a true right wing whacko that's for sure.

He also believed that the government was marking people to put into concentration camps a couple years ago so when they declare Martial Law they know who to stop by and pick up and either kill or put into the camps. He said they were marking people's driveways, mailboxes, etc, so when the military drove down the streets they would easily be able to tell which households to kill or put into the concentration camps. His "proof" was some other far right psycho tea baggers that he saw on the internet who were "exposing" the governments plans.

Our family doesn't talk to him very often for obvious reasons but whenever I do see or here from him I always ask him when the Martial Law is coming and why Obama and the Democrats didn't change the two term amendment yet. He said it was coming shortly after he won a 2nd term or if it looked like he was going to lose after his first term and then sometime after that Martial Law will be declared.

He is a true weirdo and nobody in the family really associates very much with him. I always told him he should move somewhere in the deep south because he would fit in perfectly with the rest of the racists tea bagging psycho's that occupy the vast majority of the region.

Isn't that the truth. Best ones ever were from them. They are very low maintenance and will do anything for you. Hell I've even had ones offering to 'buy' my drinks at the bar. When does a woman offer to pay for her own drinks let alone yours? Not very often. The bigger ones will pay for your drink to get YOU drunk and take every last drop out of you later in the night and thank you for it.
