"I've always believed that in the United States there's a big difference between conservative and stupid. But, boy, it's getting harder by the minute to prove that one."
-Rick Mercer, "Banning Private Ryan" (Rick Mercer Report, 11/22/04)
I have a conservative friend who warned me about riots in the streets after the election. I guess he knew something afterall.
You all have to keep in mind this is Ole Miss...
COMING SOON...

Throw them all out of school.
When I stopped at the store on my way home last night there were a few people in there talking about how somebody is gong to off the President after this. There is so much hatred for this guy that it has to be about race and not just the party.
Whatchu talking about Willis?
KPeople said that after 08 too. I agreed with them. And according to the Secret Service, Obama gets far more death threats than any of his predecessors. There was an article in a British paper about it a few weeks ago.
But so far, no one has attempted anything. Hopefully that continues.
I had a better camera on my princess phone back in the 60's.
Gailey's history. He just doesn't know it yet.
throwing them out of school would only make them stupider....so that shouldn't happen
Most schools have some sort of code of conduct.
We're not talking about a peaceful sit-in here.
OTOH...this isn't the Ivy League either.

Tell us then, what was broken, and what wasn't peaceful about it? Do you want people to be arrested now for saying vulgarities? There was no reported violence, there was no destruction of public property. You're asking for people to be thrown in jail for gathering because they disagree with the election results. Had they started a true riot, I would agree 100% that they should be jailed but for simply having a differing opinion, no I dont think Id want to ever see that.
I did not say anything about jail, mainly because I knew you would defend their behavior.
I said expell them.
ICRockets (11-08-2012)
Yes but did you not read the report and notice that not one part of anything mentioned violence or destruction of property? Ask yourself what is the point of labeling this event as something that it clearly was not? You're using a source that has a history of doing this, do you not wonder why that is, or take that into account when reading/linking their pieces?
