Trade help

So, I still don't know how to determine the values of trades.

I discussed this trade (hasn't yet been proposed) and I think it might be a good one, but I sure could use some insight:

Julio Jones for Leshoure and one of these two: Malcom Floyd or Hartline

FYI, my roster currently is:
QB Ryan
RB CJ, McGahee, Leshoure, D.Brown, S-Jax
WR Megatron, Floyd, Harvin, Amendola, LaFell, Hartline
TE Graham
K Gould
DEF DEN

Is this a trade I shouldn't even ask and just pull the trigger? Is it just reasonable? Does the scarcity of good RBs drive up the value of Leshoure enough to make this a bad trade?

So, maybe S-Jax finally woke up (not counting too much on it, tho) and Brown may be expendable/tradable (sp?).
Megatron and Harvin are the clear top 2 WR, but the rest is good enough to arrange a trade or two and still have a good depth.

Our trade deadline is November 23rd.
8 out of 14 teams make the playoffs.
Is this the time to think about playoffs matchups? Like getting a good QB for the later weeks, since probably Ryan won't play much?
