I never heard a whistle until well after the ball came out, Byrd had possession and was down. Should've at least been reviewed.

Unfortunately, if Gailey throws a flag, I think he get's tagged with a penalty. Not that it would have mattered. All that would have done was move the ball forward a foot and negate any chance of a replay. But they never did one anyway, so what's the difference? The refs screwed the pooch on this one.
