He will be here through his rookie contract and won't resign because we don't give him the ball or use him at all! Why would he stay!

Because our next coach might know how to game plan and give our top play maker the ball more than 8 times a game?
True fans want wins, not draft picks.

I agree with Freddy but as a player you want I be involved and not being involved week in and week out gets old and at some point can start going I can't wait to get out. Hopefully not the case.
Still got I think 2 years to get him happy and want to be here.
exactly what I thought today. why would any decent player want to stay here when the contract is up
My faith doesn’t make me perfect, it makes me forgiven.
You really should do your research first...
He absolutely has 3 years remaining on his contract... He's signed thru 2015...

Changing Coaches might be the only chance we have to save him.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
"Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.
You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
Running backs are dime a dozen. Give me a damn Quarterback.
