Considering that some of the qualifications Buddy Nix used in hiring Chan Gailey was to promote a fired offensive coordinator who had previous NFL & college head coaching experience. Who cares if he failed in Miami? He meets all of Buddy's requirements, and as Ralph would say, he comes cheap.

Because the QB is different. Cameron and Flacco don't have a good relationship, so they decided to keep the QB and ditch the coordinator.
