    Reasonable impending free agents

Let's face it, it's the off-season. Cuts will happen which will change the landscape but here's some names that stood out to me as reasonable impending free agents:

DE Michael Johnson- Played for Gailey and has been slowly getting better ever year. 8.5 sacks so far this year
WR Danny Amendola- Smaller but sure handed
CB Dominique Rogers-Cromartie- Always been a fan, probably reasonably priced, the type of young vet we should add to our very young CB squad
SS William Moore- Decent in coverage
LB Daryl Smith- Very solid but 30 years old and even though he won't command huge money may be a bit expensive

    Who are you thinking?

I could see Amendoa and DRC, but I'd like to get the LB in the draft. Do you really think we'd bring in a DE after the money we spent last year? I don't see that happening.

I don't know. I mean Johnson might be possible at 5 mill per or so. We really got nothing out of Anderson. But, we also may not want to spend even more at that position knowing Anderson was hurt most of the year. He's a young guy coming into his prime with a resume that's getting better each year and who wouldn't cost us a fortune... That's the type of player we ought to be thinking about.

Amendola is constantly getting hurt. Don't we have enough guys made of glass?

Why would you sign Johnson? We already have 2 pass rush "specialist" type of guys who aren't going anywhere.

    DRC won't be available.

The last 2 choices are worth looking into if we cut George Wilson. We definitely need LB's. But if Wilson is still on the payroll, we won't go out and get another SS.

I'm thinking Gailey is fired when the Bills end the season 5-11.
