I am figuring Gailey gone is a foregone conclusion however, sick of these bottom feeder coaches like jauron, Gailey, etc. I will not get excited until we get a competent head coach.

Meh. Because the team would recognize Cowher deserves that much power and Nix himself would be more than happy to give it to him if it a) meant not getting fired and b) meant landing a stud HC like Cowher?
