Actually, I have really no restrictions right now except not to overdo anything. Need to keep stretching, and trying to work out the scar tissue. I am done with seeing the doctor and physical therapy.

Have your wife massage you .. all she has to do is cross fiber friction over the scar to break up scar tissue.

Seriously though, she has some carpel tunnel issues and maybe tendonitis in her wrists and elbow.
