Interestingly enough, I agree that Denver would have won that game with Tebow. But not as the starter - as a short yardage dual-threat. SOOOO many drives stalled out at 2nd and 1 or 3rd and 1. If they had a Tebow package I think they sustain those drives and the whole complexion of the game changes.

One of the things they did when Tebow was in Denver was come out in short yardage with an empty backfield. Now, the defense has to spread out to cover it, because even Timmy can hit a WR who's completely uncovered, then Tebow would just run it. It was an easy 2-3 yards every time, even near the goal line.

The Bills or any other team signing Tebow to start at QB has as much chance as any team drafting Jake Matthews in this years draft, zero.

Manning wouldn't have to come out, they could just line Tebow up at tailback. He could have helped them make up for the loss of McGahee. Hillman wasn't getting it done.

Peyton Manning had three turnovers and was throwing wild all game. He lost the right to complain about that when he kept throwing passes into the dirt and then Favred away a trip to the AFCCG. He needed help.
