Fitzpatrick is and always was terrible. Fitz is more like getting empty netters in hockey, and a lot of them, only because the other team is already up 10-1 and they just decide screw it and leave the net open.

They played well in the first, but they didn't have a 3 goal lead after their one good period, so I knew it was over.
The PP is so bad that I actually got annoyed when Ottawa got called for a penalty.
But the real turning point wasn't the shorty. It was when Stafford had a wide open me and couldn't get the handle on the puck. Anderson was playing lights out and we needed that. If he buries that, I think this game has a closer outcome.
Oh, and of course, two dumb penalties late in a close game to kill any slight hope at a comeback....
