        While the Bills certainly fit the so-bad-that-they're-under-the-radar profile Schein describes, this is him being a Bills fan and giving in to some wishful thinking like a lot of other fans. I hope he's right, but the odds are very much stacked against it.

                Every year, since 1999, some knuckle-headed galoot finds it necessary to go on the record as being the "ONE" that predicts another "Queen City" pigskin resurrection.
