Dude is cashing in considering he already made 72 million or something like that from his rookie contract. He will still only be 32 years old when the contract is up. He could easily get another similar long term deal if he's still in good shape health wise and playing good football five years from now.
I love Matty Ice. It was clear watching him at BC that he would be successful and could easily be a face of a franchise. The fact that he took a down and out Falcons team and gave them such a solid base is really remarkable.

It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.

These guys are getting paid by billionaires and his salary isn't affecting how much the janitor cleaning the stadium bathrooms are making because all of the money is going to several people like it is in the corporate world.

I dunno, he's a great regular season guy, but there's just something about him. I'm not sure.

He needs to start winning playoff games or he will go down as nothing more then a good regular season QB that wasn't clutch in the playoffs. It would be like a better version of Tony Romo. He definitely has the team around him.
He is still early in his career so we'll see what the next several years bring. 12 win seasons but first week exits in the playoffs won't cut it much longer. Eventually people and the media would turn on him.
