All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

I was very happy with Mario in Houston. The injury thing was frustrating, but he produced. I can't hate on a guy for taking $100M. You show me a guy who says he wouldn't take it & I'll show you a lying MF.
Like I said, he's produced when he played, even got 10 & 1/2 sacks for you last year after playing "poorly" with the sore wrist thing. The SOB is a freak of nature. He's a very good football player, but not the natural pass rusher people want him to be, or that he's paid to be.
But soon, he's going to have that year where he owns..... maybe like JJ Watt. Hopefully it'll be sometime soon.
If not, so what. Not your money & he's going to do a good job (maybe not great or $100M worth).
Paying Mario is not the reason the Bills don't have an All-Star roster.

There's so much wrong with this post I don't even know where to begin...
The 90's Bills always missed camp time with stupid things.
They were really good though. He can miss time with a pouty puss for all I care if he is a regular season berserking maniac.
Would be good though if he was a regular season berserking maniac first though. Because he's sort of making a lot of money to be a regular season berserking maniac.
I defended him last year on a diff board, but I'd feel better about a 6'6" 295 lb fast guy spitting broken teeth at the doctor or trying to run with bone shards sticking out of his legs (tape me up, I'm good) if he is a regular season berserking maniac. He'd better be a regular season berserking maniac though or this will vex me.
I don't get why this makes people mention the wrist from last year in a negative light. Anybody who saw Mario play pre-surgery and post-surgery can tell you he was clearly a better player post-surgery. As far as I'm concerned, if he says his foot is bothering him the wrist injury last year gives me MORE faith in his ability to know what's going on with his body, not less.
f o o t? That's not how you spell vagina. Damn it Mario, if you want to be a leader you work and play through the pain. Then again, I'd rather have him healthy in the season opener and not be lost during camp. That being said, I don't like this at all. BTW, how's Dareus coming along?

I sort of agree with you but he's not exactly approaching the sport with the rabid desire of playing through pain and adversity. Sore tootsies are bad, sure, but play without toes and you gain my admiration. I didn't need feet back in my days of playing the sport, mostly because I didn't play the sport at any degree of competitive challenge but still, for 100 million I'd play the game on prosthetic limbs until someone knocked me over and I had to holler because I was unable to get up because someone broke my prosthetic limbs if you get what I am saying, though I am not sure I even get what I am saying.
He needs butch up or he is a sissy, there I said it. Sissy sissy sissy, Mario Williams is being a sissy.
Seriously I think I'd feel better to hear, "Mario Williams broke three limbs today, had to be dragged off kicking and screaming".......
Or..."Yeah, I'm dogging it, shut up, you'll see in the season or kick me to the curb and I'll eat my money with a spoon".
Williams shrugged off the past, saying the opening of camp serves as an opportunity for a fresh start. And he sees no reason why the Bills can't be considered contenders.
"It's just as realistic as us standing here right now," Williams said. "At the end of the day, we've just got to go out and we've got to do it. No ifs, ands or buts about it. No excuses."
The Bills came up with plenty of excuses for their woes last year. And that included Williams, who blamed his poor start to the season on a nagging left wrist injury he eventually had surgically repaired after seven games.
"We have to be able to put that behind us," he said. "It's a brand new year, and everything's up for grabs. Everything's up for the taking."
People want to downplay a foot injury and say just play through it, it's not always that easy. None of us know if it is just soreness or an injury. Kyle Williams had bone spurs removed from his foot 5 months ago and is still not ready to go at 100%. I'm glad that this is being taken care of at the beginning of camp and not 3-4 games into the season.
