    after a 45 Minute grueling workout Rolston brought the team together at Center Ice and the rookies had a dance off http://video.sabres.nhl.com/videocen...source=Twitter Larsson, Grigorenko, Pysyk, Girgensons, Flynn, Ristolainen and Zadorov all had to perform for their teammates. Larsson and Girgensons then danced together in the finals with Girgensons doing half a striptease. Larsson was the winner
