There is a one year window it would be easier to move the Bills.

Our best hope is that Ralph outlives that window.

You do appreciate he will be older than 100 when that window arrives in the 7th or 8th year of the lease?

Can't move the team because of the lease agreement

In year 7 or 8 of the 10 year lease, there is a window where the penalty for breaking the lease is purposely low.

It was put in the lease to hopefully focus attention on building a new stadium for when this lease expires.

The Bills wanted it structured that way.
