All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

and thats fine with me. i just think its comical that spike laughs at me for rooting for a "loser franchise" when the bruins were a loser franchise for most of, if not all of his life till 2011, going by the cups argument. so, either hes a fair weather fan, or just a douchebag who was a fan of a "loser franchise" just like coastal and i.
also, this goes back to a previous debate you and i had, where you claimed the penguins were horrible from 98-2006. when i posted that they had made the playoffs from 98-01, that was the end of it. so were the pens not losers for all those years because they had postseason and regular season success for several of those years, or does a team has to win cups in order not to be a "loser franchise"
fair enough. so we are going by regular season success and playoff success with cups not being the factor. if so, the sabres arent a loser team. thats my point.

I'm not sure what you were going by..But the post that started this conversation suggest you were talking about Cup wins.
well it almost doesnt matter what happens this season but two very solid come from behind wins in a row seems like a major step for this team. i expect the fruins to blow their doors off tonite but it would be great if they could pull another one out of their ass
yeah, the sabres made the playoffs many seasons since they came into the league in 70. so minus the cups at the extremes, yeah, the sabres and bruins were very close from 73-2010.
