im creating this thread for scoreboard watching. something i enjoy doing from october through april. (and in baseball, april through october)
since the sabres are in a position to land a top 2 pick, im going to post scores of games that have implications to the standings and the sabres. feel free to join in and add games where teams can move ahead of other teams in standings, ect.
dallas is beating the isles, 2-0. the isles have the 4th worst record in the NHL, and buffalo has their first (with condition)
edmonton (4 points above buffalo, 3 more games played) plays chicago later.
the devils (47 points, NO FIRST ROUND PICK) play toronto (47 points)
why the devils are important is because if they fall out of the playoffs, the lottery would only be in play for 13 teams, not 14.
