Manziel garnering a lot of interest

Texans, Browns have taken a closer look. Now the Patriots....

In the event Johnny Manziel slides through the first round, the Patriots may have an opportunity at No. 29 to trade down with a team hoping to vault back into round one to get Manziel. By fully and completely scouting Manziel, the Pats will have a better sense regarding the appropriate trade compensation for a crack at Manziel.

He won't make it to 29...the Bills have a better chance than New England of finding a trading partner to move up and snag him if he's still there.

Pats are also bringing in Teddy Bridgewater for a visit.

Ryan Mallett is an UFA next year, and Brady isn't getting younger, so it would make sense for the Pats to possibly draft a QB high.

Sounds like a well built team planning for the future appropriately. Unlike the Bills, who always seem to be chasing their tails.
