    Jacksonville absolutely has to go QB.
    If they were concerned about PR, they would have taken Tebow a few years ago.
    I'll go with Bortles, but the point about Carr and the Senior Bowl has validity.

    fwiw I find it interesting that a guy nobody had heard about this time last year has just gone third in this mock draft. Just goes to show you how fast public opinion can change.

    For my money Teddy Bridgewater is the #1 QB in this class.
