Nobody is moving the team to Toronto, even the Bon Jovi group. Even if they were to buy the Bills, it would probably grease the skids in Albany to pony up more money for a new stadium in WNY. NFL football in Toronto is bad business, and neither the Rogers or JBJ are bad businessmen.
