    he just signed a 4 year contract 2 years ago.
    I'm sure that included a nice signing bonus.(don't care enough to look up how much)

    I hope Seattle plays hardball and wins in this case.

      Seattle gave Lynch an extra $1M salary (formerly was based on incentives and moved $500K from 2015 to 2014. That raised his 2014 compensation from $5M to $6.5M. They also agreed to forgive the fines in incurred in his holdout. He is back with the team now.
