    Orton highest paid back-up & is getting more than 12 other starting QB's

    At $5 Million, the Bills are paying Orton 2.5 times what EJ is making. That is more than 12 STARTING QB's in the NFL are making & the highest salary of any backup quarterback in the NFL.
