No way the NFL didn't see that video. TMZ can get the video but not the NFL? No way. I've always liked Goodell up until this. Something is not right Rice only got a 2 game suspension before this video came out.

You may want to rethink that opinion. Sometimes a media entity willing to pay someone to break the law can get stuff the NFL won't pay for to obtain illegally:

The Casino said if the NFL asked for the footage they would have gladly handed it over. Whether that's true or not, I don't know. But...why wouldn't they. If the NFL wanted to see the video, they could have. Period. Instead they wanted to protect the shield.
