3 assists for Connor tonight as Erie beats London 4-1 to take a 3-0 series lead.. Connor also had 2 breakaways that he created himself but was unable to score on either of them.. Well watching this game I'll say it for the hundredth time he is the best skater Ive ever seen it is like everyone else is in quicksand and/or standing still and he is moving 10x faster than everyone else..

The above 4 players have the highest PPG average in the OHL playoffs in the last 15 years... I had a benchmark of a minimum of 15 games played but made a exception for Kadri who played in 12 playoff games in 2010..

Connor McDavid currently has a 2.63 PPG average which at that pace would be the highest in the last 15 years.. Erie will very likely play Sault Ste Marie next round a team just as good as Erie so it will be tough for Connor to maintain that PPG average

Schremp had a poor attitude and wouldnt take any coaching instruction at all once he left juniors

Also, his historic season was his last year of juniors, when he was 19. Not 17 like mcdavid.

If we don't get McDavid, I hope he goes to the West Coast. Then I can root for him from afar, like I did with Gretzky.

Next up for Erie is Sault St Marie.. Erie will be a bit of a underdog in this series so it will be interesting to see if Connor can carry the Otters to a series win
