He played 14 games and got benched, is that a record for a starting Bills QB and if not, who holds the dubious record?
Question-Does EJ have the shortest stint as the starter QB in Bills history?

Drafting a 4th round QB in the 1st round doesn't make him a 1st round talent. Your question is glass half empty. EJ should be getting praised for being the worst QB in Bills history to play this many games this quickly in his career.Last edited by BuffRanger; 09-30-2014, 07:48 AM.

He had some ability but was too lazy to open the play book & learn it.
Lets hope for better from Orton than what Hobart delivered.

you think Orton spends hours and hours learning the playbook at age 31 when he was just about to retire? no. he doesn't.My faith doesn’t make me perfect, it makes me forgiven.

Marrone is going to look really STUPID if you are right.

Think back to the Dufek, Ferragamo, Mathiason days.
Sigh.
To be fair, a lot of these guys were injury starters or substitution starters.
Going by who appears to have been an opening day starter, Ferragamo loses at 9 starts, followed by 1962's Rabb with 10.
