Vegas can events there even if they don't have a team. They already hosted the NBA all star game in Vegas, for one thing.
It was built with private money though, so if it sits empty for large chunks of the year it's no skin off anyone's back except the owners.

that lady is an idiot. shes not even a glendale resident. so its not her money keeping a failing team afloat, its others. which also makes her statement "we voted you in" a lie as well.
Coyotes hired Ron Rolston head coach today as head coach for their AHL franchise in Springfield and guess who the GM is yep it's Darcy.
