That's fine, but I think Myers is maturing and an asset going forward. Great second pairing guy once the defense gets rounded out and developed, no?

Completely agre that he's a GREAT second pairing guy.

Saw the game tonight on nbcsn.

I like Strachen. Keeping Zadorov up was the right move. Girgs is for real. Myers is the only reason they got to the shootout- he was dominant in OT. Girgs is the real deal.

Enroth has also been really good lately too. I don't believe it's sustainable, but I'm glad to see his play has been improving. Maybe he himself is developing as well?

This team isn't a last place team anymore.

they are big and fast on the back end in the top 4. Enroth is playing the game basically in his net and playing it well.

and they've all bought into what they're doing.

his job is a no-win situation that he's turning into the ultimate FU to Pegs and Murray. This team just beat the Canadiens in a back to back WEEKEND series and just beat the high scoring Lightning in s shoot out.

Its not a fluke and the tank is now a lost dream.

Nolan IS a great coach and if this continues... and the Sabres flirt with the post season, he will be a candidate for coach of the year.

Myers is playing with attitude. How long can it last?

Girgensons is a monster. I plan on that lasting a long time.



Overall, they are still getting outplayed substantially. I don't expect that to change. I'm still not a Nolan believer.

However, having seen McDavid in action, I'm not so concerned about it. He's good, real good. But I don't think he's the generational player people want to believe. Heck, he might be the next Daigle.
