He looked more like the centerpiece of that trade, not Kane. I know it was one game, but still. I was very impressed.
He ****ed up on the first goal by not tying up his man.
Don't get me wrong- I think he has a future. But he definitely botched that play.
Hard to say without Kane being on the ice until October, but I agree. Impressive game.
And the NBC announcers pissed me off after that one big hit behind the goal. "It may have been late after the whistle." It wasn't even close.
