Why? He nailed him in the head with his helmet. You can't do that. I don't get you people.

The target was his back but with Orton falling he makes contact with the helmet. You're basically asking the defender to predict the future of how a guy is going to fall in order to make a hit. I think that is ridiculous regardless of what time it goes for. Now if the player is clearly targeting the head then it should be an ejection like in the college game but they rarely get the targeting call right imo.
