Right now he can go off tackle. That's it. With a good pulling guard, he can go off tackle (with or without the pulling guard), he can hit either guard's gap or hi can follow the guard to the right (inside or outside the tackle). Plus with all those options the defense starts flowing in one direction which opens up the cutback game for him. He doesn't need the entire line to be small and agile, he just needs one guard capable of pulling.

A few WRs capable of setting up the screen wouldn't hurt either.

Getting the ball outside of the tackles has so much more involved than simply one guy that can pull. Who pulled on Spiller's big run this past Sunday? Instead of a 50+ yard gain, how many yards would the run have lost if the guard had vacated his spot to pull?
