All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

Anyone have any thought's on Foligno's booted goal? Does it matter that it went off either his other foot or the defenseman before it went in? I mean, after kicking it, it was not going anywhere near the net. It only went in after redirection.
49.2: A goal cannot be scored by an attacking player who uses a distinct kicking motion to propel the puck into the net with his skate/foot. A goal cannot be scored by an attacking player who kicks a puck that deflects into the net off any player, goalkeeper or official.

After further review, no goal.
I thought the same thing. His kicking motion bounce off someone else before getting to net. It seems like an NFL rule to codify the bounce. Once you kick the puck towards net, you are violating the spirit of the rule. It should be no goal
