All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

The Boston Bruins have traded defenceman Dougie Hamilton to the Calgary Flames.
In return for the Hamilton, the Bruins received Calgary's first-round pick (15th overall) and two second-round picks (45th and 52nd overall) in the 2015 NHL Draft.
Matt Larkin: “The 15th overall pick and two seconds for Dougie Hamilton. An unmitigated disaster for Boston. Hamilton was the franchise’s pillar.”
I agree.
I can't find a Bruins fan that is supporting the trade.
All I can think of was that the Oilers were going to make an offer to Hamilton after this draft that the Bruins would not match that would give the Bruins a 2016 1st, 2nd and 3rd round picks. So the Bruins did this to get this year picks.
If they sign Lucic, then the cavemen have taken over Boston's management to build a slower tougher team that despite current trends they believe can physically beat up on teams. Cavemen believe Hamilton was too soft. There are a lot of Bruins fans who want to see MMA on ice rather than hockey.
The Boston Bruins have traded defenceman Dougie Hamilton to the Calgary Flames.
According to TSN's Ryan Rishaug, the trade is complete, though the return to the Bruins is not yet known.
Not happy!!!
If this is to save money to sign Lucic to a long-term deal, then I will completely lose it.
Boston's had a bad habit of trading away young talent. Dougie's the latest example of it.
And THIS from a person who trolls Sabres fans every chance he gets. Methinks you should worry about YOUR team before running smack about OURS.

TSN's Darren Dreger noted on his Twitter feed that the L.A. Kings are interested in Lucic. BUT...Boston's asking price is steep. As in multiple prospects steep. (Further add: L.A.'s close to getting Lucic. A first round pick & prospects, according to Dreger's source.)
