Hard choice, but I'll go with Carps' kick.

I like Ortons 4th and 21 to Scott Chandler for 24 yards

Sammy's freakish drive-saving catch vs Detroit stands out for reasons larger than just helping snake the victory ala Dan Carpenter's amazing field goal.
The athleticism and agility required to snag a pass thrown 5 feet behind him at full speed represents a rare combination of talent that 99% of NFL wide receivers do not possess.
When I saw that play, I immediately thought our decision to trade up to draft him was completely validated.
The kid is going to be one of the NFL elites for the next decade.
And the sick thing is, this is only the tip of the iceberg for Watkins. He's going to improve as he enters his prime. A scary thought for opposing defenses.
Especially if we get a franchise QB sometime in the next 3-4 years. Not that Orton isn't doing just fine, but he's 32, so it's hard to say how long his tenure in Buffalo will last. So long as he keeps up his current level of play, I'm content with him as our QB.
A contingency plan not named EJ Manuel will be a smart offseason move.

There have been quite a few.
the incredible turn of events that made Yardrat's Orton gif possible. Seriously, that is one of the most epic things I've seen since Cigar Guy: http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2010/...34_964x603.jpg

I'm going with the Chandler catch.
Freddie's run against the Bears!

Sammy's circus catch against Detroit, tied with Hogan's catch one the 1 yard line against Minnesota.
Both plays are a combination of an incredible, improbable effort, along with game saving importance.
OK, I've changed my mind.
Biggest single play of the season goes to Doug Marrone, for pulling the plug on EJ and installing Orton, which saved the season, and probably Marrone's career.

Marrone benching EJ, really doesn't count as a play, but, Kyle Orton's 1st play was the turning point in the season.

Surprising that no one picked a defensive play. I'm going to go with Kyle Williams picking off Jay Cutler late in the 4th of a tied game.

Freddy's strong Arm
Sammy's catches against the Vikes
The 58 yarder after their kicker missed a 50 yarder
CJ's kick return
Both plays that resulted in injuries to the Patriots
