    Homefield Advantage or Conspiracy Theory?

I got to thinking about this game & how the refs made no questionable penalty calls in it.

In fact it has been said the Bills were allowed to get physical with the Packers receivers.

    What do you guys think?

Did the NFL tell the Refs to not call BS penalties against the Bills after last weeks fist bump incident in Denver?

Did the Pegula's let the NFL know they are not happy with all the BS calls against the Bills this year?

All I know is it was nice to not have to worry about the refs impacting the Packer game with BS calls.

I think NFL refs are just incompetent and we happened to get one of the less incompetent crews this week.

I think the Packers were slated to lose as the Mafia's upset pick of the week. Just wait until we hit New England for the finale.

There was a lot of contact between our DB's and their WR's that wasn't called and easily could have been.

Packer fans are feeling completely robbed by the refs. I have to hear all about it everyday here in Wisconsin.

Yeah the 50-50 calls went Denver's way two weeks ago and our way on Sunday.

Still, the Pack would have won if their wideouts weren't dropping everything in sight. I hope some of our big hits were giving them pause.

They should watch every Bills game previous to that one and then see how they feel.

Well, if the NFL was trying to encourage the more profitable outcome, they would have to favor us in this one.

GB is making the playoffs whether they won or lost the game.

If the Bills lose to GB, then the Oak/Buff game is a terrible team against an average small market team in a game with zero playoff implications.

But the Bills won the game. Now, Buffalo's playoff hopes are still alive (however thin they may be). So, suddenly a who-cares game becomes meaningful to Bills fans and the fans of other teams competing for that last wild card slot. Instant ratings boost.

For what? Buffalo lost 34 yards of progress to penalties, Green Bay 27. Neither team had a third down offensive failure turned into a first down via defensive penalty, and neither had any big plays brought back or overturned. There also wasn't any lopsidedness re:specific calls, i.e. offensive holding or defensive illegal contact called exclusively against one team.

If they are pissing and moaning about some contact calls not being called against DB's, those were more than offset by holding from Green Bay's offensive line not being called either.
