Go CJ!

Get ready. It sounds like you're going to see a lot of CJ Spiller this Sunday.
Disclaimer: I'll be donning my Spiller jersey. I'm a fan of CJ.
Prediction: He'll get about 8 plays before he reinjures his shoulder and out for the season.

I disagree, limit Spiller as we need him next week more than this week. As stated in another thread is the last thing I want is seeing Spiller get hurt this week as think the 3 headed monster of Freddie/Brown/Dixon is good enough to beat the Raiders. Granted Boobie is hubbeling a little so it could turn into the Bryce Brown show as to me a healthy Freddie/CJ are vital in having a chance to beat New England.
I agree with you that he is more needed in NE. It just sounds like, the way they have handled the media in bringing him back to the active roster, like the team is gearing up to show him off to some degree.
The thing I don't agree with it the idea of holding him in a glass cage so he won't get hurt. He needs a game (like Oakland) to get his sea legs back.
Spiller needs to be put into the mix just to get some actual game reps. If we beat Oakland, Spiller will be a big part of the game plan at NE.
My prediction: 31 yards on 6 carries. He gets a 33 yard run and the other 5 go for -2.

how about this first game back we will be ahead because of CJ.
not a crazy amount of rushing yards
9 carries for 38
6 catches for 78
yes finally shortgame orton pays off with 3 yard passes to cj that turn into 25 a couple times
I predict his first carry he blasts off for an 80 yard TD that is called back by a Scott Chandler hold.
If he's ever going to live up to the hype, I hope it's in these last two games.
Dump-offs to Spiller to counter Oakland's ends could be a huge factor this Sunday.

Again not that effective before he got hurt. Now he's a game changer?
I'd rather see more Brown.
He's a nice player to be getting back at this particular juncture. Dixon and Brown were alright in FJ's and CJ's absence, but CJ is the only one with real big play ability. If nothing else it gives the opposing DCs something else to plan for. Plus, I'm still scratching my head over giving up a 4th for Brown.
