chip off the ole block..Chris Simms

I liked that he is articulate and doesn't "umm" or 'Ahh" his way through a broadcast although he talked a little too loud for my liking.. Liked that pointed out where the potential blitzes were coming by circling the player in red.. He said a couple things that were massive exaggerations

"Seantrel Henderson is a budding star in this league"
"Tony Sparano is one of the best Head Coaches in the NFL"

He never shut up the entire game and his voice is grating. Made that game even more unbearable.

Oh, and he said that Nate Hackett has done a great job and has a bright future in this league. Charles Manson has a brighter future as a US Congressman.

Couldn't stand him. Every player on both teams was "one of the best in the league." He talked about anyone who made a play as if they were the greatest thing to happen to football since Knute Rockne.

Yeah, everyone's so great. That's why the Raiders had two wins and the Bills let a two-win team knock them out of playoff contention....

Also, both of them seemed to relish every opportunity to say "o dot co stadium." It was so annoying that puncturing my eardrums with an ice pick would have been relief.

I'm going against the grain here. He was equally wordy with both teams and talked enough to make me not feel worse about what I was watching, while also throwing in criticisms of both teams enough to distract me from my less wordy thoughts on their performance. I was happy he was calling the game and not someone meaner.

Gruden, Spiro Dedes, Steve Tasker or Solly Wilcots would have been merciless and made me feel much worse about the terrible game I was watching.

Well he was only 3/4s as annoying as his father Phil Dimms.

Indeed. Reminded me a lot of Gruden in that regard.

"Stephon Gilmore is getting close to the elite corner back class" Sorry Gilmore haters that wasn't a massive exaggeration on Chris Simms part that observation does have a kernel of truth to it

He didn't bother me at all. The only thing that bothered me was how bad the offense was. And Doug Moron for punting on 4th and 1 on the Raiders 48. Hot garbage head coach. Bills will be nothing better than .500 with this clown running the show.

Must have stated Nate Hackett as " one of the bright young minds in this league " about 5 times.

I wanted to toss my lunch.

LOL at the Hackett line. I, too, wanted to throw up. I thought he was terrible. Spent the whole game relating players and coaches to his life. Who cares?
