There are reports claiming Rex Ryan will bring some of his former assistants on his Jets staff to the Bills but ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting the Bills would like to keep Jim Schwartz on as Defensive Coordinator.

If Roman comes on board also, could be a nice mix of teachers to work with. I'd be OK with Lynn (RB) and Dunbar (Dline) if Pepper goes to the Giants.
