Bobby April III, Karl Dunbar, Tim McDonald, Jason Oszvart, Eric Smith, Tony Sparano, Jr. and Jeff Weeks have been hired to the coaching staff as assistants.

I like Dunbar a lot and I'm glad that they're also keeping Donnie Henderson despite bringing in another DB coach.

Dunbar does have a pretty legit resume - not sure if hes just been blessed with talented guys like Kevin Williams or Richardson or whether he's truly made them better players. Our DL is already studly so hopefully whoever we get to replace Hughes (IF he leaves) can fill in without the D skipping a beat. The articles I've seen actually show that Hughes sack percentage weren't that great.
