I could care less about the Super Bowl this year. I don't like either team and the fact is the Patriots have a pattern of cheating. Who knows what else they cheated on to get to the Super Bowl. As long as Brady and Bellichick are in that organization you know unethical stuff is going on so if they win it is tainted. If they win in my mind it will never count since we all know they did cheated their way to a championship and doesn't count.

This has nothing to do with you.
fact #1 - The Patriots were caught cheating before. They lost a first round draft pick and Bill Belicheat was fined heavily.
fact #2 - There has been evidence reported of 11/12 of the Patriots game balls being 2 pounds less psi than what they were when the refs measured them prior to the games. The Indi balls were fine. Clearly something occurred and someone is responsible.
fact #3 - There has been statistical fumble evidence going back to 2007 that points to the Patriots being so far outlying compared to the mean that an explanation is due. Deflated footballs more than certainly would explain this.
But considering past performance can be used as a predictor of future results... which is pretty much the point from your post above... I refer you back to Fact #1 before you attempt to refute facts #2 and #3.

1. They were "caught" breaking an unfair rule that was put in place by the people that were too stupid to have thought of doing it in the first place. Sorry, but I have 2ERO respect for people that intentionally ignore the context to satisfy their base urges. None.
2. Those are the facts, unfortunately they don't IN ANY WAY prove the Pat's were culpable.
3. This proves nothing other than the Patriots do a better job of holding on to the ball. The argument that "The Pats are SOOOOOO much better at hanging on to the ball that they MUST ber cheating is illogical. Sorry. SOMEONE has to be the best. How being the best proves one MUST be cheating is beyond me...
Really, what you're arguing is that if someone has been guilty of a previous transgression (and we haven't admitted that anyway), then if they're accused of ANOTHER transgression, they MUST be guilty.
Gee, if only American jurisprudence could adopt this attitude, you could save a fortune on court costs.
We could call it the "One strike and you're out forever" law...

1. Your assessment of the rule is irrelevant. The NFL punished them for breaking a rule.
2. I agree that in and of itself doesn't slam dunk it. When put with fact 1 and fact 3... sorry there is more than a preponderance of evidence.
3. intellectually dishonest argument on your part. This is where it becomes difficult even having a conversation with you about this.
and the rest of the crap u put down is just that... Pure crap.

keeping up with Fletch's different handles is a job.
sparatcus' nonsense is just as tiresome. Keep defending the cheaters when science and math seems to point to a whole slew of things that they are doing that no other team is doing. is that genius? or is that just cheating. which is easier to believe.
You have a coach who's cheated on his wife, cheated in the game. and a qb who ditched his baby momma for a better deal. Ethics isn't their strong point. so to defend them when the stats (math) and the science (the stuff that even bill nye weighed in on) shows that they probably are what they are. Liars and cheats.
the damange is done no matter how many spartacus's there are. Win or lose, they'll be the only team that will never get credit for a single win outside NE.
Go cry about it some more. the fact you are so whiny about it suggests that you know how little credibility the team has.

frankly the evidence has been there for years. and the mob has conveniently been willing to believe one coach is smarter than any others in the history of the sport. where great coaches have seen setbacks when their rosters thinned out, belichick only got better.
The beat the spread at home at a significantly higher rate than any other team, including hte broncos, a team that actually has a home edge.
It is absurd to think that deflate gate is the one issue that is causing the issue. He has a history of being a cheater. he isn't just finding one edge, he's finding them all. and if you read his history, he's had a napoleon comoplex about just being good because he was on parcell's staff. a thought that parcells himself kind of bought into. and then he became a coach and absolutely sucked. and he got a second chance and absolutly sucked. then all of a sudden a nobody in brady was able to beat the greatest show on turf? a feat few other rookie qb's have been able to do? even the sure thing in Andrew Luck hasn't had that success.
as a pats fan, i can see why you want to defend it because it makes your historically crappy team and crappy fanbase, just that. the last 15 years don't even exist. it must hurt. but just go back to doing what you were doing before 2001 and don't be a football fan. you lived like that before and you can go back to it. root for the red sox. you guys are good at that.
It's the stats that brought this to a whole new level for me.
the Pats fumble results fall so far out of the standard deviation that unless Bill Bellicheat is the smartest person in the history of the world, one MUST look for another explanation.
that quite simply is what the data presents.
there is no reason to argue that.
now Mr. spartacus will try and opine and offer some hypothesis that the Pats were within the rules because they injected hot air into the balls... thereby technically staying within the rules.
Lets assume for a second this is indeed what happened. Well Bill and Tom are now lying about it. Why would they do that if all they are guilty of is "stretching" the rules?
No one knows nothing??? What an absolute crock!
previous cheaters hiding things from everyone... ridiculous.

"don't you understand that belichick is a genius?!?!?! when he tells his players to not fumble, they listen, where the other coaches just don't communicate that to their team. that's the obvious answer"
-Pats fans
and what's so hilarious about that is that belichick is not a communicator. he's barely alive by most accts. none of it adds up.
and to me, i bet the edge isn't even related to deflategate. it's related to something else they are doing that ISN'T being discussed. if you have two cases of bending the rules when its been made crystal clear to you that you can't do that, there are probably a few more things they are doing. when you add it all up, you get these statistical swings.
not a great coach. a fraud and all he will ever be.
