Big tall QB with a nice arm. His issue was that he processed everything as slow as he moved. Good cold weather QB as long as he's not being asked to do much more than make 1-2 reads and make a throw.

He had to go somewhere. Not sure how it works out with that fast paced CFL game though. He moves about as fast as a dumptruck without wheels on the interstate and processes reads as fast as the late Ray Charles working a touchscreen with a broken sound card.

What I don't get is taking NFL QB's who have shown to not be that accurate and put him in the CFL game where it is just as important. With the size of the field, a 10 yard out to the wide side is like a 35 yard throw with a bigger ball. Not sure how he will fair or will he be the next Troy Smith, Cleo Lemon, Max Hall or Levi Brown.

Crompton is our version of tebow, winning with low numbers. Jarrod Johnson is also trying out.

Ottawa just signed QB Brock Jensen.

I had to look up Brian Brohm. To date, he has managed to only ever throw a professional TD pass in the UFL. Despite completing 39 of a whopping 70 CFL attempts, he managed only an int. I love the CFL but tend to lose track of the season these days. Some NFL QB's just have no place in it though.

I find it funny some people think of it as the minor leagues to the NFL. It's not. It's a different game that's fun to watch on its own merit, imho.
