why would a coach with previous success coach for buffalo now? like the team on the ice, i expect the sabres to try someone new and hope they catch lightning in a bottle. maybe blashill from grand rapids if babcock stays in detroit.

its times like these where i wonder why the sabres didnt start their rebuild earlier, or more aggressively and just waited it out with ruff. the sabres had a great coach, and i dont believe it was him that became stagnant, but the mediocre core.
