Poison pill in blackout lift for 2015 season
It sets a floor on the share of the gate that a visiting team gets. The split remains at 2/3 home team, 1/3 visiting team, but now the visiting team is guaranteed 1/3 of 85% of stadium capacity regardless of actual ticket sales.
CIN owner Brown was the only one to vote against the lift, because he claims it will hurt small-market clubs. I suspect that if Ralph were still around, he'd vote likewise.
