strange game. it seemed to be moving at like pre-season pace. not lots of hitting or covering people. some of the goals were lazy beer league coverage.
i suspect the isles gave up after that hit in game 4.
I've always had a soft spot for the Isle. I hope they come back. JT is money.

Don't forget we own the Islanders 1st and 2nd Rouders so it benefits having them lose. Toss in added pride that they also will end up losing their 4th rounder too in part because we dealt to Halak to Washington who ultimately dealt his rights the the Islanders. It be even more fitting if we end up getting Neuvirth to re-sign this offseason.
