LOL!
A four game suspension and the odds "drop" from 6 - 1 to 7 1/2 - 1.
Money talks, bull**** walks...

Vegas doesn't think one way or another..
It is all based on how the betting money comes in...
So its the people betting on the pats who think the punishment doesn't matter much which it doesn't..Last edited by Gilly; 05-12-2015, 07:57 AM.

But if the suspension stands at 4 games you can expect a huge move in that line.

vegas also notes the outlier home performance. it's clearly not just deflated footballs. its all the cheating they do and the lack of disclosure they provide around it.
they know belichick is the key to keeping the system. now that he's off scott free, why change the odds. him and ernie adams will keep calling illegal substitutions, steal play calls, and dial in the playcall after the 15 second cut off.
Vegas isn't going to gamble that brady is the key to the whole thing.

They went undefeated the year after Spygate. They CRUSHED most of their opponents. Wouldn't be surprised if it happens again this year. It's the juiciest bit of bulletin board material ever. They're gonna be breathing fire every game.
And if the Bills can't win the Superbowl this year, I'd love to see what would happen if the Pats won it again. My tebya razdavim

right, they ate teams alive because of bulletin board material. the simpler answer is that their real edge hasn't been curtailed yet.
poor belichick, never getting out from parcell's light. he's just as stupid and weak as his defenders.

Re: Vegas obviously thinks the Patriots* punishment is light
We'll, the Patriots only play FOUR games against teams that made the playoffs last year. That's the first time that's happened in 15 years, where the Super Bowl winners faced a favorable schedule like that.
I still think that it's more probable than not that they make the playoffs in 2015.Last edited by feldspar; 05-12-2015, 02:10 PM.
