Let's put it this way. Ruff and Nolan would have been just as successful, if not more, with the roster he had.

Often the reputation of guys like Babcock & Bylsma come from them landing the right job at the right time.

Larry Robinson was very so-so as the Kings coach, but looked much better when he was plugged into Lou Lamoriello's system.


BTW - Peter DeBoer to be named coach of the Sharks. So Bylsma looks more certain for Buffalo.

i honestly have no idea if he really drank or not, that was always just a funny rumor as far as i know. he just sorta looks the part for some reason. there was also the staggering and inappropriate laughter but that could just be coincidence
