As far as QB's go, I'd boot Tuel & Taylor before Manuel. I'm fine with giving Manuel another shot, as mentioned he's guaranteed and the offense will not be riding on anyones arm. Moorman would be able to QB a Roman offense.

If Manuel still can't, it's going to be pretty evident and they may as well just let him run his course.
