      With Graham & Duke Williams at #2 safety, there is no room on the roster for Leonhard.

                  I'd be fine with it if he wins a roster spot. He always steps up, did as well as Byrd if you look at the stats from the year he replaced him. Going to be a great next coaching wave DB coach. I don't think he ends up anwhere unless there is an injury though, but if there is, you want Leonhard in a Ryan-tree defense.

                    I absolutely would cut EJ Manuel to sign Jim Leonhard.

                    Duke Williams is the most pitiful SS we've ever had -- ever.

                    And EJ Manual obviously can't be fixed. In 3 years, you guys will look back at this post and pretend you were also in favor of cutting EJ sooner.

                    So make it happen.

                      I don't believe in Duke, either. But I was wrong about Searcy, he seemed to make it fine.
